Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policy questions.

2. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, wages).
  • Update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate with payroll/finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Assist staff with benefits enrolment and queries (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).

4. Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
  • Assist managers and employees with goal setting and progress tracking.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Track participation and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Employee Lifecycle & Separation

  • Manage confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for HR strategy improvement.
  • Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
