Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR policy questions.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESIC, wages).
- Update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate with payroll/finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Assist staff with benefits enrolment and queries (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
4. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes and performance improvement plans.
- Assist managers and employees with goal setting and progress tracking.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Track participation and evaluate training effectiveness.
6. Employee Lifecycle & Separation
- Manage confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for HR strategy improvement.
- Support conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
