Looking for HR executive with Hospital experience

Qualification : MBA HR/HHM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable as per experience.

REQUISITE SKILLS:

• Post Graduate professional qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Development, Labour Relations, Social Work etc.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in various Human Resources disciplines (Compensation & Benefits, Staffing & Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Indian Employment and Labour Laws).
• Excellent Communication & People skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Skill in the preparation and presentation of oral and written reports.
• Proficient in MS-Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
