We are seeking an experienced and engaging HR Faculty to deliver online training sessions in Human Resources. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching HR concepts, sharing practical industry insights, and mentoring learners through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities: Deliver live online HR lectures and training sessions using virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet,etc.) Teach core HR subjects such as: Human Resource Management Recruitment & Selection Training & Development Performance Management Compensation & Benefits Labor Laws & Compliance Organizational Behavior Prepare and update course material, presentations, case studies, and assignments Provide career guidance and mentoring to students/professionals Address learner queries and facilitate discussions during sessions Stay updated with current HR trends, tools, and best practices Maintain attendance records and session reports (if required) Required Qualifications: MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 2–5 years of industry or teaching experience in HR Strong knowledge of practical HR processes and policies Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable with online teaching tools and digital platforms Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate training or online teaching Familiarity with HR software/tools (ATS, HRMS) Ability to explain concepts using real-life examples and case studies Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills Quality of training content and delivery Consistency and punctuality of sessions Work Environment: Fully remote / work-from-home Flexible scheduling based on batch timings
