We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Faculty to conduct online training sessions in Human Resource Management for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR domain expertise, effective virtual teaching skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and practical learning experiences through online platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or Master's degree in HR/Human Resource Management is preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of professional HR experience and/or teaching experience.
Prior experience in delivering online training sessions is highly desirable.
Sound knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
Familiarity with Bahrain and GCC labour laws will be an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or HR Analytics certifications are preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to engage learners effectively in a virtual environment.
Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
Practical approach to teaching through real-world examples and case studies.
