Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager with at least 1+ year of experience to oversee and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, interviews, hiring)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Organize training and development programs
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
