Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to manage core HR operations and support the company’s workforce needs. The ideal candidate must be a graduate in a relevant field and possess solid knowledge of standard HR responsibilities, processes, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment cycles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Support payroll preparation and verify attendance data.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR procedures and SOPs.
- Coordinate training sessions, performance evaluations, and employee development activities.
- Manage leaves, benefits, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Prior knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and basic labor law (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
