HR Field Recruiter

Recruitment & Hiring

• Conduct field recruitment drives for outlet staff such as Team Members, Stewards, Helpers, Baristas, and Kitchen Staff.
• Visit assigned outlets and nearby locations for candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate walk-in interviews and job fairs.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with outlet managers.

Sourcing Activities

• Source candidates through local references, job portals, social media, and placement agencies.
• Visit colleges, institutes, and local markets for bulk hiring.
• Put up hiring posters and promote openings in nearby areas.
• Build local candidate databases for urgent manpower requirements.

Coordination & Documentation

• Collect candidate documents and ensure proper joining formalities.
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding.
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and hiring reports.
• Ensure candidates join on scheduled dates.

Field Operations

• Travel to multiple outlet locations as per hiring needs.
• Support new outlet openings with bulk hiring.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors and manpower sources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
