Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, attendance, payroll, and leave management.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Handle vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Maintain financial documentation, petty cash, and reconciliation reports.
- Support management with data-driven HR and finance reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Facilitate communication within the organization and support administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (Commerce background preferred).
- Prior experience in HR or Finance roles is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial/HR software tools.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
