Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, attendance, payroll, and leave management.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain financial documentation, petty cash, and reconciliation reports.
  • Support management with data-driven HR and finance reports.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Facilitate communication within the organization and support administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (Commerce background preferred).
  • Prior experience in HR or Finance roles is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial/HR software tools.
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
