Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Finance Executive. This dual-role position is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career with hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Finance. You will support day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR):
- Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Help with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance management.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Address basic employee queries and support HR operations.
Finance:
- Support daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and MIS.
- Help with invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and documentation for audits.
- Maintain records of financial transactions in accounting systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or Finance (internships are a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR practices and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/HR software (e.g., Tally, etc.) is preferred.
- Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
