Role Overview
This is a key, all-round leadership role combining Human Resources and Finance functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling responsibilities end-to-end—from hiring and employee management to invoicing, payroll, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management: recruitment to exit
- Coordinate recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
- Conduct performance evaluations quarterly and support team assessments
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees
Finance
- Manage project invoicing, billing schedules, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate billing and receivables tracking
- Lead the transition and day-to-day usage of Zoho Books
- Coordinate salary processing and payouts
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning
- Track project-wise income and expenses
- Coordinate with external accounts/tax consultants for GST, TDS, compliance, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial records and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, Finance, or a combined role
- Strong working knowledge of HR operations and compliance
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Experience in invoicing, payroll, and basic financial planning
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience in construction, consulting, or project-based companies is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
