Role Overview

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline for online tutors and teachers. You’ll work remotely, set your own hours, and be paid for measurable outcomes—not time spent.

Responsibilities:

Source teacher profiles via ads, databases, and outreach.

Screen candidates and schedule interviews/tests

Maintain a recruitment tracker

Support onboarding (document collection, offer coordination)

Join weekly pipeline review calls

What You will Need?

Prior experience in recruitment (education sector preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Access to a laptop and internet

Familiarity with Microsoft tools.

Professionalism and data confidentiality

You will Be Measured On:

Verified leads per week

Hires completed

Daily tracker updates.
