Job Description – HR Intern
Position: HR Intern
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and communications.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Assist payroll/attendance team with basic data collation.
Support learning & development initiatives.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Graduate/ Postgraduate student (MBA HR, BBA, or relevant field).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
