Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate professional development programs.
Administrative
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed.
- Maintain office documentation, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office complies with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
