Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee employee engagement activities, including organizing team-building events and recognition programs.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
  • Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and facilitate professional development programs.

Administrative

  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees as needed.
  • Maintain office documentation, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support senior management with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office complies with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
