JOB SUMMARY
Wound Pros Management Group is looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to join our team and manage diverse HR functions, new hire onboarding, employee relations, administration, and compliance. The perfect fit should have a solid foundation in HR, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, and the flexibility to adjust to our organization's evolving needs. As an HR Generalist, your role will be pivotal in cultivating a positive work environment and guaranteeing the effective implementation of our company's HR policies and procedures.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assisted in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provided guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Participate in developing HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Prepare paperwork and schedules for a smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth candidate handover process for new hires.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS), ADP, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly employee validations, and benefits changes.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.


QUALIFICATIONS
Education
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in HR administration and employee relations.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry is required.
