Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practices to support our organizational goals.

Duties

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Facilitate performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Administer benefits programs and provide support for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other employment and labor laws.
  • Support change management efforts by developing strategies for workforce management and organization design.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Maintain HRIS systems (such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP) for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Manage employee relations issues by providing conflict management support and guidance on workplace policies.
  • Assist in affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts to promote diversity within the workforce.
  • Utilize ATS tools (like Lever or Taleo) for efficient recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations related to workplace safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies.
  • Proficient in project management principles as they relate to HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with various HR technologies such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data collection methods for effective decision-making in HR practices.
  • Administrative experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
