You'll be the go-to person for everything HR-related—think federal and state laws, recruiting the best talent, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and making sure we stay on track with our goals. We need someone who can prioritize like a boss, manage their time like a pro, and who cares about their work and the results they achieve.

What we need from you:

• Experience in Human Resources

• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (you know, the important stuff!)

- A talent for recruiting, interviewing, and finding the perfect fit- think outside the box!

• Time management skills that could win awards

• A passion for being the BEST HR director the company has ever seen!
