  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, handling grievances, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting positive employee relations.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance evaluation processes, including monitoring employee progress and assisting with improvement plans.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll processes and employee benefits, addressing any discrepancies or employee concerns.
  • HR Reporting: Maintain and analyze HR metrics and data, preparing regular reports on employee turnover, absenteeism, and other key indicators.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal compliance with employment regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize and promote initiatives that enhance company culture and employee engagement.
