Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
  • Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Coach and mentor managers and team leaders on people management, communication, and team development.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms (Oracle).
  • Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred.
