HR Generalist – Modern Japanese Restaurant (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary

A newly established Modern Japanese Restaurant in Dubai is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all restaurant positions.
• Handle onboarding, contracts, employee files, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate visas, renewals, and cancellations with the PRO.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and support payroll preparation.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and restaurant policies.
• Support staff relations, training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Assist with internal communication, memos, and HR reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of HR experience in F&B / Restaurant / Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Experience in recruitment for restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Currently in Dubai and available to join immediately (mandatory).
