About the Role:

Geek Web Solution is seeking an HR Generalist with strong experience in the IT industry to handle complete HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
• Conduct onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate accurate payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with management and technical teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Superworks HRMS tool is a great plus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
