Job Title: HR Generalist
Location:Samashti International School, Hyderabad
Experience: 4–5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, and support staff, ensuring quality hires as per school requirements.
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave records, and statutory compliance specific to school staff.
- Support staff induction, orientation, and smooth onboarding of teachers and academic coordinators.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation as per school norms.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate teacher appraisals, performance reviews, and probation evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/IB/School Board guidelines in HR processes where applicable.
- Facilitate staff training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- Support school events, parent orientations, and staff deployment during academic and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with Principal, Academic Heads, and Administrative teams for workforce planning and HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in the education/school sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and school HR compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality.
Note: Transportation will not be provided by the school; candidates must arrange their own commute.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
