Job Title: HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and attendance.
  • Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
  • Manage employee queries and engagement activities.
  • Assist in performance management and HR reporting.
  • Oversee exit formalities and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR.
  • 1–4 years of HR experience.
  • Good communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
