We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
- Support performance management (KPI setting, appraisals, and training).
- Implement and improve HR policies, procedures, and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related needs.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management).
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
