We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
  • Support performance management (KPI setting, appraisals, and training).
  • Implement and improve HR policies, procedures, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Conduct employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management).
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
