ob Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage leave of absence requests, FMLA, and other employee leave programs.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational growth and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
