The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth HR processes and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare job offers, contracts, and joining documents.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain and organize all HR documents, files, and records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, amendments, warnings, promotions, and terminations.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor the expiry dates of important documents (visas, passports, IDs, contracts) and coordinate renewals.
  • Assist with documentation required for audits, compliance checks, and regulatory submissions.
  • File and archive HR documents systematically for easy retrieval.
