Darigold is looking for a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our HR field team based in Pasco, Washington. The HRG plays a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience. The HRG supports the employee lifecycle, which starts with the onboarding & orientation process, and they serve as a resource for employees and managers at all levels of the organization in responding to HR questions. They are responsible for completing a variety of tasks to assist the daily operations of the HR department, such as ensuring our HRIS system is accurately updated with employee information, administer HR & compliance processes, drafting templates for HR documents, and conducting exit interviews. The ideal candidate brings a passion for HR and People understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service to our team.
What You Will DoHR Lifecycle- Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex
and/or sensitive matters and seek solutions.
- Help creating organizational guidelines and maintaining updated processes.
- Maintain electronic filing system.
- Update records to accommodate new hires.
- Responsible for coordination and onboarding new employees making them to feel welcome to
Darigold.
- Processes employee promotions, transfers, and changes for employees coordinating with
corporate HR teams and business.
- Come up with ideas to motivate employees and embrace a “Best Place to work” culture.
- Supports employee terminations by writing termination letters employees, sending required
notices and conducting exit interviews.
- Completes annual required compliance trainings (EEO, FCPA, safety vehicle training), and
professional development training programs.
- Pull reports to share with leaders.
- Completes regular audits of HR data and files, including but not limited to i9, FLSA and salary
grade.
- Maintains HR Team Resources on SharePoint, including development and maintenance of HR
Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with corporate HR teams to implement key company initiatives.
- Participate in meetings with business leaders and employees representing the HR team and
providing updates on key HR projects such as performance review, employee survey, and listen
to employee’s feedback regarding their experience working at Darigold.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on site location, as well as share best
practices with the rest of the team.
- Collaborates with plant management team to track temporary employee, follows up with
managers to ensure timely termination and deprovisioning of accounts.
- Develops hiring and manager tools to support successful onboarding including conducting
orientation with new employees.
- Coordinates employee onboarding with internal resources (IT, Office Services, Hiring Manager).
Other HR Support
- Maintains employment law posters and postings.
- Provides support to special projects.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in
human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Conduct exit interviews and collection of Darigold’s properties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Certifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least 1 years of experience supporting human resource or related programs required.
- SHRM-CP a plus.
Salary
$80,168.00 to $83,651.00 per year
