About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can take ownership of HR operations, recruitment, and day-to-day people management while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring (screening, interviews, coordination, offers)
• Handle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and documentation
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
• Track performance, probation periods, and contract renewals
• Support payroll coordination, leaves, and time tracking processes
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Strong experience in technical and non-technical hiring
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Experience with ATS, job portals, and professional networks (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Comfortable working onsite and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Compensation

• Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 (based on experience)
