About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can take ownership of HR operations, recruitment, and day-to-day people management while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring (screening, interviews, coordination, offers)
- Handle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and documentation
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
- Track performance, probation periods, and contract renewals
- Support payroll coordination, leaves, and time tracking processes
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
- Strong experience in technical and non-technical hiring
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Experience with ATS, job portals, and professional networks (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Comfortable working onsite and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Compensation
- Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 (based on experience)
