Day-to-Day Duties
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Administer benefit programs and manage HRIS.
  • Oversee on-leave administration and data management.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping.
  • Foster positive employee relations.
  • Provide support for learning and development initiatives.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to an assigned group performing standardized or routine work functions.
Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of HR experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
