An HR Generalist manages the full employee lifecycle, handling recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance, and compliance, acting as the main HR contact, supporting both employees and management with diverse HR functions from policy implementation to training, ensuring legal adherence and a positive work environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, background checks, extending offers, salary negotiation.
  • Onboarding & Training: Developing & delivering orientation, educating new hires on policies, coordinating training programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering benefits (health, retirement), payroll support, managing compensation structures.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, handling investigations, resolving disputes, promoting engagement.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with evaluations, goal setting, and feedback.
  • Policy & Compliance: Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies; ensuring adherence to labor laws.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records (digital/physical), generating documents (offer letters, pay slips).

SALARY: 16000K-23000K
