Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals across UAE and UK entities.
Advise senior management on workforce planning, organisational design, and people development.
Lead HR projects related to compliance, policy development, and organisational structure.
Lead recruitment for management, administrative and educational roles
Develop talent pipelines
Create recruitment frameworks, competency models, and behavioural interview guides
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Immigration, Emiratisation requirements, and UK Employment Law.
Manage employee documentation, onboarding, visa processing, payroll coordination, and termination processes.
Maintain accurate HR records, employment contracts, job descriptions, and HR metrics dashboards.
Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Implement UK- and UAE-aligned disciplinary procedures and performance improvement plans.
Drive annual performance review cycles and support managers in setting KPIs and development goals.
Promote a positive work culture with strong values, engagement initiatives, and well-being programs.
Support development of competency frameworks and succession planning.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and UK employment legislation.
Experience managing multicultural workforces across multiple geographies.
Qualifications & Professional Memberships
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent HR qualification.
Evidence of continuous professional development in HR, employment law, or talent management.
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years HR management experience, including operational and strategic HR responsibilities.
Demonstrable experience working across both UAE and UK HR environments, or with an international, multi-jurisdictional organisation.
Proven experience interpreting and applying UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, immigration/visa requirements, Emiratisation, and UK employment legislation.
Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, including:
