An experienced HR Generalist with hands-on expertise in training planning, design, and execution. Proven ability to identify training needs, develop structured training modules, create engaging learning materials, and conduct effective training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Competencies:

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
• Designing & developing training modules
• Preparation of training materials (PPTs, manuals, handbooks, SOPs)
• Conducting induction, soft skills & functional training sessions
• Employee onboarding & orientation programs
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and external trainers
• Training evaluation & feedback analysis
• Maintaining training records and MIS reports
