About the Role
Samrin Group is scaling, and we are looking for a tech savvy HR professional to join our core team. This is not just a "recruitment" role, you will be the backbone of our employee operations. You will manage our internal software, track attendance/leaves, and help us hire the best talent to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles (Sales, Marketing, Accounts, and Site Operations).
- Software Management: Act as the primary admin for our in house HR software portal. You will ensure all employee data is updated and the system is running smoothly.
- Employee Tracking: Manage daily attendance, leave balances, and performance logs through our digital portal.
- Onboarding: Handle the end-to-end documentation and system setup for every new hire.
- HR Admin: Prepare offer letters, experience certificates, and handle employee queries regarding policies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
- Software Skills: Prior experience using HRIS tools (like Zoho People, Keka, or similar) is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech Minded: You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and exploring new software features to automate HR tasks.
- Industry: Real Estate experience is a huge plus but not mandatory.
