Job Summary:
This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on IT staffing, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in IT recruitment (lateral hiring),
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staffing & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end IT staffing for lateral hiring across technologies (Full-stack, AI/ML, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Manage internal and external recruitment channels (job portals, consultants, referrals, LinkedIn).
- Drive bulk hiring, niche skill hiring, and urgent client requirements.
- Coordinate with delivery, sales, and account managers to understand manpower needs.
- Monitor interview scheduling, offer closures, joining ratios, and attrition risks.
- Maintain vendor management for staffing partners and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure adherence to TAT, hiring cost optimization, and quality of hire.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee joining, onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exits.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work culture.
- Support managers in performance management and disciplinary processes.
3. Performance Management & Compensation
- Drive goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Support salary revisions, promotions, and incentive plans.
- Benchmark compensation with IT industry standards.
4. Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity.
- Manage HR audits and statutory documentation.
- Draft and implement HR policies in line with IT industry practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in IT staffing & recruitment (minimum 3+ years)
- Good understanding of IT technologies and skill mapping.
- Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
