Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
  • Manage HR operations, employee records, documentation, and HRMIS
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements

(PF, ESIC, etc.)

  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
  • Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance and support
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct training, development sessions, and exit formalities

Experience: 3–4 Years , package range : 3.5 to 5.5 LPA
Qualification: B Com UG (MBA in HR preferred)
Male candidate preferred
Skills: Good communication, MS Excel, HR operations knowledge
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
