Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and managing the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation on company policies.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administering benefits programs (health, retirement) and assisting with payroll/salary structures.

Performance Management:

Supporting performance evaluations, goal setting, and identifying training needs.

Training & Development:

Coordinating workshops and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, updating HR policies, and maintaining compliance standards.

HR Administration:

Maintaining employee records, generating official documents (offer letters, pay slips), and managing HR information systems (HRIS).

Essential Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proficiency with HR software. Should have knowledge of Advance features and formulas of Excel. Organizational and administrative abilities.

Typical Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 1-4 years of HR experience, often in a growing company where they handle a broad spectrum of tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
