Job Overview

Varq Packages Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring HR Professionals. We encourage applications from final-semester students as well as candidates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and audit requirements
• Assist in payroll processing and manage attendance through the biometric system
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, and organizational standards
• Assist in preparing Job Descriptions (JDs), KPIs, and performance-related documentation
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support workforce planning and operational needs
• Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling under guidance
• Assist with employee medical insurance processes, documentation, and coordination

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or currently enrolled in the final semester
• Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
