Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
- Assist with performance management processes, appraisals, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and answer benefits-related questions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Support training and development initiatives
- Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Support HR reporting and audits as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
