Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
  • Assist with performance management processes, appraisals, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and answer benefits-related questions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Support HR reporting and audits as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
