We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company culture thrives, employees are engaged, and policies are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities and manage underperformance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.
- Support career pathing and succession planning initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (HR certifications)
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent.
