Senior HR Generalist to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Pay Grade Analysis, and Performance Management Systems, capable of supporting organizational growth and driving HR best practices.
This role requires a proactive HR practitioner who can work closely with management in developing structured HR frameworks, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Conduct job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay grade analysis
- Review and recommend compensation structures aligned with market standards and organizational strategy
- Develop and improve KPIs, appraisal tools, and performance evaluation processes
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations and provide HR advisory support to managers
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with labor laws and company standards
- Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 5–8 years HR Generalist experience

- Salary Structure & Compensation Review

- KPI Development
- HR Policies & Employee Relations
- Knowledge in HR analytics and organizational development is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
