Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, project managers, and management for manpower requirements.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Handle complete employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, appraisal, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Support campus hiring drives and bulk recruitment activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR coordination.
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR standards.
- Prepare HR reports, Maintaining Data’s of employees and support management decision-making.
Administrative Responsibility
- Support basic office administration, coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain office records and assist in smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
