Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers, project managers, and management for manpower requirements.
  • Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Handle complete employee lifecycle: joining, confirmation, appraisal, resignation, and exit formalities.
  • Support campus hiring drives and bulk recruitment activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR coordination.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, Maintaining Data’s of employees and support management decision-making.

Administrative Responsibility

  • Support basic office administration, coordination, and documentation.
  • Maintain office records and assist in smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
