Shafaq n Kami Salon is looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. The role focuses on people management, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement to support a positive and professional workplace.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage job postings, shortlisting and interview coordination
- Handle onboarding, orientation and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Address employee queries, concerns and grievances professionally
- Support performance management and staff discipline processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll, attendance and leave records
- Manage employee benefits, insurance and EOBI matters
- Liaise with accounts and management on HR-related payments
Training, Engagement & Other Duties
- Coordinate staff training and development activities
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Support HR branding and basic HR presence on social media
- Recommend improvements to HR policies and processes
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations
