Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for Hotel and F&B roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
- Facilitate new hire documentation, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
B. Employee Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications.
- Address basic employee concerns and grievances professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
C. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and update HRMS.
- Familiarity using HR systems.
- Support HR reporting—attendance, turnover, leave management, and manpower reports.
D. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate & Facilitate with the Finance department for payroll & Benefits Administration.
- Support administration of employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and end-of-service settlements.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with company standards.
E. Learning & Development
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and post-training feedback collection.
- Support the HR Manager in developing training needs analysis and employee development plans.
F. Performance Management
- Assist in the execution of performance Management cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Maintain documentation of evaluations, improvement plans, and probation reviews.
G. Compliance & HR Policy
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR related information.
- Recommend & facilitate continuous improvements to HR processes and systems for operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
