Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in full-cycle recruitment for Hotel and F&B roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
  • Facilitate new hire documentation, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.

B. Employee Relations

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications.
  • Address basic employee concerns and grievances professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

C. HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and update HRMS.
  • Familiarity using HR systems.
  • Support HR reporting—attendance, turnover, leave management, and manpower reports.

D. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate & Facilitate with the Finance department for payroll & Benefits Administration.
  • Support administration of employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with company standards.

E. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and post-training feedback collection.
  • Support the HR Manager in developing training needs analysis and employee development plans.

F. Performance Management

  • Assist in the execution of performance Management cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Maintain documentation of evaluations, improvement plans, and probation reviews.

G. Compliance & HR Policy

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR related information.
  • Recommend & facilitate continuous improvements to HR processes and systems for operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
