This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, and startup culture.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates for developers, interns, and trainees
• Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain candidate tracking sheets

HR Operations Support

• Assist with employee onboarding documentation
• Help manage attendance and leave records
• Maintain basic HR files and records
• Support exit and offboarding formalities

Internships & College Coordination

• Assist in communicating with colleges and training institutes
• Help coordinate internship programs and trainee batches
• Track intern attendance and performance

Employee Engagement

• Support basic employee engagement activities
• Assist in internal communication and announcements

Eligibility & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Comfortable working in a startup environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Prior HR internship or recruitment exposure
• Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn sourcing
