HR Generalist-IT Background

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our organizational success by developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes that reflect organizational objectives and promote an engaging workplace culture.

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

Foster employee engagement through innovative programs, recognition systems, and team-building initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR analytics to ensure operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

With at least 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role (preferably in the IT/Tech sector).

Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance standards.

Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and ATS platforms.

A proactive, strategic thinker with a people-focused approach.
