HR Generalist (Onsite/Night shift)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and support employees throughout their journey within the company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, HR documentation, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support employee engagement and retention activities
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development sessions
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
  • Assist in disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
  • Support payroll coordination with finance/accounts team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
