We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and support employees throughout their journey within the company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, HR documentation, and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support employee engagement and retention activities
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development sessions
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
- Assist in disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
- Support payroll coordination with finance/accounts team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
