HR GENERALIST - REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 (Based on experience)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage and support the full spectrum of human resources functions within a dynamic real estate development environment. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience working for a real estate developer or real estate company and possess strong knowledge of UAE HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
  • Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
  • Coordinate employee visa, labor, Emirates ID, and other HR-related processes
  • Support payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave administration
  • Address employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to management and staff
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce-related documentation
  • Coordinate training and development activities when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE HR experience
  • Previous experience working within a Real Estate Developer or Real Estate company in the UAE is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, HR operations, and employment regulations
  • Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Knowledge of payroll support, attendance management, and HR documentation processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
