Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong experience in the real estate developer or brokerage sector. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE Labor Law, HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage end-to-end HR functions, and support the company’s people and culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and support roles.
- Shortlist, screen, and schedule interviews in coordination with department heads.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of real estate industry candidates.
2. HR Operations
- Handle all HR documentation: offers, contracts, confirmations, warnings, memos, and HR letters.
- Ensure accurate employee records in HRMS / Odoo.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs with high accuracy.
- Support visa, onboarding & offboarding processes in coordination with PRO/administration.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issue resolution.
- Support conflict management, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing KPIs and performance appraisal cycles.
- Track probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Update, maintain, and communicate HR policies & procedures.
- Support audits and statutory requirements when needed.
6. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and support training coordination.
- Maintain L&D records and track employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate Developer or Real Estate Brokerage (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS systems (Odoo preferred).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
