Job Title: HR Generalist

Industry: Real Estate Developer / Real Estate Brokerage
Location: UAE
Experience Required: 2–4 years (Real Estate industry experience is a must)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong experience in the real estate developer or brokerage sector. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAE Labor Law, HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage end-to-end HR functions, and support the company’s people and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and support roles.
  • Shortlist, screen, and schedule interviews in coordination with department heads.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of real estate industry candidates.

2. HR Operations

  • Handle all HR documentation: offers, contracts, confirmations, warnings, memos, and HR letters.
  • Ensure accurate employee records in HRMS / Odoo.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs with high accuracy.
  • Support visa, onboarding & offboarding processes in coordination with PRO/administration.

3. Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and issue resolution.
  • Support conflict management, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing KPIs and performance appraisal cycles.
  • Track probation reviews and performance improvement plans.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Update, maintain, and communicate HR policies & procedures.
  • Support audits and statutory requirements when needed.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and support training coordination.
  • Maintain L&D records and track employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Mandatory experience in Real Estate Developer or Real Estate Brokerage (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
