About Us:
Paramount Logistics Inc. is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company. We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can help us establish, strengthen, and standardize our HR framework as the company continues to expand nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance framework.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR records, including personnel files, payroll coordination, and compliance documents.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, benefits, and labor law requirements.
- Assist in building training, employee relations, and performance evaluation systems.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with California and federal labor regulations.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business growth needs.
Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the company in any department, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR professional.
- Strong knowledge of California labor law and compliance.
- Proven ability to build HR processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus.
