About Us:

We are a growing technology startup working on web, mobile, and OTT-based products. As a small and fast-moving team, we value ownership, transparency, and practical problem-solving. We are looking for an HR Generalist who can support hiring, manage day-to-day HR operations, and coordinate internships and paid trainee programs with colleges.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for developers, interns, and trainees
  • Post job openings on portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

Internships & Trainees

  • Coordinate with colleges and institutes for internships and paid trainees
  • Communicate with placement officers and faculty
  • Manage intern onboarding, attendance, and performance tracking
  • Assist in PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) evaluations

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Ensure basic HR policies and compliance are followed

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
  • Support a positive and professional work culture
  • Assist with basic employee engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in an HR Generalist / HR Executive role
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
  • Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets and job portals

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience hiring for IT / software roles
  • Experience coordinating with colleges or training programs
  • HRMS exposure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Balongi, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
