Responsibilities of an Emiratisation HR Tawteen Specialist
- Emiratisation Compliance:Ensuring the company meets its Emiratisation targets, often by increasing the number of Emirati nationals in skilled jobs by a specific percentage annually.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition:Implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain Emirati job seekers and professionals in alignment with national objectives.
- Program Implementation:Working with government initiatives like the Nafis Program to provide training, career counselling, and financial incentives to Emirati employees.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Liaising with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) and other relevant bodies to stay updated on policies and contribute to discussions.
- Reporting and Monitoring:Monitoring the company's Emiratisation progress and providing regular reports to management and government authorities.
